Beth Walsh

Beth has recently joined Kerr & Thomas as an experienced and passionate family lawyer who is known for her compassionate and down-to-earth legal advice. Having worked both within private firms and the Community Legal sector, she promotes a collaborative and out of court approach for her clients. When a matter calls for it however, Beth routinely appears on behalf of her clients in procedural and defended hearings in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and Family Violence Intervention Order matters in the Magistrates' Court.

Sandra joined Kerr & Thomas in January 2021. She assists with the conduct of the Probate and Administration files, including preparation of applications to the Supreme Court and all supporting documents, as well as attending to office administration matters. Sandra has worked as a legal personal assistant, across many areas of law, since commencing her career in 1988.

Taahira joined Kerr & Thomas in 2021. She has recently graduated from Monash University having completed a Juris Doctor degree. She assists the professional staff in areas of Wills, Conveyancing, Commercial law / Business related matters and Family law. Her duties also include administration, deeds and file archiving.
